Refund Policy

Please contact the vendor directly to work out any concerns with your order. 

Orders that are not picked up by 45 minutes before the pick-up window ends, will receive a phone call by Market Staff at the number listed on your account. Please make sure the phone number listed on the account is accessible during the pick-up window on Thursdays.

Since the growers harvested the produce and the food producers and artisans custom made your orders, you are still responsible for paying for the order, even if you do not pick it up. There are no refunds.
